jackson graduates...

Jackson had a graduation ceremony for University of Learning on Friday. His class did a cute western skit before the graduation and Jackson played Creepy Cal. He did lots of projects to earn his degree including...learning about football, watching all the Planet Earth DVD's and painting a water color poster about it, learning all about lacrosse (his favorite sport), learning how to make hard candy, knitting hats and making baby blankets for the NICU at PCMC, and many more projects.....We are so proud of him. He only has 9 more days of 4th grade and is looking forward to 5th grade, wish I could say the same...where does the time go?? Way to go Jackson!!

forget lions, tigers and bears...

If you are allergic to bees like my family is then this could be your worst nightmare.....a swarm! We came outside to find a swarm of bee's...it was frighting. If you click on the picture you can see them...the swarm was maybe 20 feet by 50 feet with hundreds of scouts further out and who knows how many there actually were. In the heart of the swarm the sky was gray like a dust cloud. The buzz was deafening and you cloud actually feel it...scary! It was defiantly not like the cute bee's in The Bee Movie *lol*

happy anniversary

I promise to give you the best of myself
and to ask of you no more than you can give.

I promise to respect you as your own person
and to realize that your interests, desires and needs
are no less important than my own.

I promise to share with you my time and my attention
and to bring joy, strength and imagination
to our relationship.

I promise to keep myself open to you, to let you see
through the window of my world
into my innermost fears
and feelings, secrets and dreams.

I promise to grow along with you, to be willing to face changes
in order to keep
our relationship alive and exciting.

I promise to love you in good times and in bad,
with all I have to give and all I feel inside
in the only way
I know how
....completely and forever.

an awesome saturday....

The Cundick's had another crazy busy Saturday. It started bright and early with Ayden's last soccer game at 9:00 am. It was a great game and Ayden played hard.
At 11:00 am Jackson had a lacrosse game and he scored 5 goals..he is quickly becoming an awesome little lacrosse player. He always give 110 % and loves playing with his team.
After a quick trip home to drop Landon off for a birthday party we headed out again for Ayden's double header...it was a hot day but Ayden played great! He scored 2 goals in the first game!! He was hot and tired but played great defense in the second game. The kids on the other team were huge (bigger than Jackson :o ) I was so proud that he played his very best.
We headed home for a quick rest and then Ryan and Jackson headed out again for Team Lacrosse try outs! Jackson did a great job and held his own against kids that were 3 times his size! He is quite a little hustler but still got knocked around a little bit being the smallest. He did a great job and he is so anxious to hear if he made the team...we will keep you posted.

We all crashed after a busy day but it was wonderful to cheer on the boys...we are so proud of them and can't wait to do it again in 2 weeks ;)

saying goodbye is never easy...

My little brother Christopher left yesterday morning on his mission to Chile. He will be spending some time at the MTC in Provo and then he's off to Chile for 2 years! It was bittersweet and I am so proud of him. He was peaceful ready to embark on his mission it was the rest of us that weren't ready to say goodbye. I look forward to getting my first letter form him and will keep you updated :)

our new "neighbor"

For several mornings we have been hearing a "knocking" sound and to my surprise I found what or I should say who was making the noise...a tiny little woodpecker was pecking away at one of the rees in our scrub oak....so cute!

always keeping up

Spring means one thing in our house...it's time for lacrosse and Landon is keeping up with his older brothers "playing" Lacrosse :) He is so cute shooting and scooping the ball I think he "practiced" for 3 hours! Can you imagine when he starts really playing sports...my life will be totally chaotic, (like it isn't now) but it sure will be fun and he can't wait!
